With the popularity of our Strawberry Gochujang, many folks have asked for recipe ideas. Strawberry Gochujang can replace regular Gochujang in any recipe that calls for it. But do note that Strawberry Gochujang is sweeter than its counterpart, so adjust sugar level accordingly. I are excited to share more recipes ideas with all of you but in the mean time, here is the favorite of the Gotham Grove team. This dip takes less than 5 minutes to put together but will still wow your taste buds.
I love having this dip with vegetables that I find in the fridge, but also found that it goes very well smeared on top of roasted chicken or grilled pork chop. Drizzle the oil into the Strawberry Gochujang and adjust the amount to your liking. Sprinkle the seeds on top for the extra crunch.
