Do you offer pricing for bulk quantity ordering?
We are able to offer discounted pricing on bulk orders for selected items. Please email us at hello@gothamgrove.com
Can I combine discount or sales codes?
Unfortunately we can only accept one discount code at a time. Please note that discount codes exclude certain items, such as gift cards.
When will my item arrive?
USPS Priority Mail: 1-5 business days
We typically ship orders out within two business days after the order is placed. This means that the package does not leave our facility until the next business day (Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays not included).
Please note that delivery times are estimates. Weekend orders, holidays, and inclement weather can cause shipping times to vary. At times of extreme heat (or cold), we may wait to ship your items until temperatures return to safe levels. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been picked up by the carrier.
Do you ship internationally?
We are happy to send food to all 50 states and Washington D.C. but unfortunately are unable to ship internationally
My package was never delivered.
We are not responsible for any shipments that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. All shipments are insured and the buyer assumes all responsibilities for claims made with the shipping carrier. Please call the shipping carrier you chose to resolve the matter.
If the package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address or absent recipient, we will contact the you via email. At that time, you will be able to choose to pay to have the goods re-shipped.
How can I change the delivery address for the package once it is shipped?
We are not responsible for any wrong addresses inputted into our ordering system. Please visit usps.com directly to try intercepting the package. If the package is returned to Gotham Grove, we will invoice you for re-shipping the order a second time.
What do I do if my items are damaged?
We take precautions when packaging our products, but understand that damages can occur during shipment. If products arrive to you damaged, please contact us within 10 days of receiving the package. Please email us a photo of the damaged product so that we can contact our carrier.
Can I leave a gift message?
Yes, you can leave your gift message in the note box on your cart page when you check out!
