Kudzu Vinegar (Aged 3 Years)
Though kudzu, also known as Japanese arrowroot, is technically a root vegetable, its subtle earthiness is balanced by the sweetness of added watermelon, lightening up the overall flavor of the vinegar.
About Kudzu Vinegar (Aged 3 Years)
NATURALLY FERMENTED VINEGAR
Kudzu, also known as arrowroot, has long been used as a medicinal herb in Asia to treat migraines, high blood pressure, menopause symptoms, and the common cold. Hanega uses Kudzu exclusively grown on Mt. Bohae in Geochang, KyungNam.
Though Kudzu is technically a root vegetable, it has a subtle earthiness balanced by the sweetness of added watermelon, which lightens up the overall flavor of the vinegar. It makes a great vinaigrette, though goes equally well with a glass of sparkling water.
