Doenjang Marinated Steak

I still most use doenjang to season my soups but I have recently discovered its flexibility as a seasoning in general.  It makes a great dipping sauce for crudité, and the savory and funky flavor is perfect for a BBQ marinade. 

TIME    15 minutes to prep, plus marinade time (at least 30 minutes, up to over night)

INGREDIENTS

INSTRUCTIONS

    1. Add all of the ingredients, minus the beef, into a bowl. Mix well.  
    2. In a container or a zip loc, add beef and the marinade. Keep in fridge for at least 30 minutes up to a day. 
    3. Grill, let it rest at least 10-15 minutes prior to slicing. Serve immediately.
