We love having this dip with vegetables that we find in the fridge, but we also found that it goes very well smeared on top of roasted chicken or grilled pork chop. Drizzle the oil into the Strawberry Gochujang and adjust the amount to your liking. Sprinkle the seeds on top for the extra crunch.
TIME 5 minutes
- 2 Tbsp Strawberry gochujang
- 1 Tsp Infrared-roasted perilla oil*
- Infrared-roasted perilla seeds, handful**
- Cucumbers and/or carrots, cut stick size. Can include endives, celeries or other vegetables of your choice.
